Brent Grundberg Appointed Principal of Oil and Gas Lending at EIC

Energy and Infrastructure Capital LLC (EIC), an investment manager specializing in lending to companies in the global energy and infrastructure sectors, has hired P. Brent Grundberg to lead debt investments in the oil and gas sector.

Prior to joining EIC, Mr. Grundberg worked as a Vice President at UnionBanCal Equities – the merchant banking affiliate of Union Bank – where he held a leadership role in directing Union Bank’s junior capital activities in the energy sector. Previously, Mr. Grundberg was involved in energy investing at GE Energy Financial Services, where he worked with Jerry Polacek, EIC’s Chief Executive Officer.
