HSH Nordbank AG has raised project financing for the 12.5 MW capacity Mont d’Erny wind farm by means of a €29.6 million loan (US$33.1 million).
The project was developed by Nordex and sponsored through an investment fund managed by Rive Private Investment (group 123Venture & Elyseum Investment). It comprises five N100/2500 turbines with a total capacity of 12.5 MW.
Located in the Hauts-de-France region of the country (formerly Nord-Pas-de-Calais-Picardie), construction has begun at Mont d’Erny and the wind farm is scheduled to go live in the second quarter of 2017.
International law firm Watson Farley & Williams (WFW) has advised the HSH Nordbank AG on the drafting of all financing documents and assisted the bank during the legal due diligence process.
