It was founded in 2015 by Surinder Toor, former Head of Europe of the Global Infrastructure Investments Fund at J.P. Morgan Asset Management. AIP offers a true partnership approach to institutional investors, mainly pension plans, to access direct infrastructure investments. It focusses on opportunities delivering attractive risk adjusted returns within the infrastructure space over the long-term.
