Aneel aims at collecting public contributions on the Regulatory Impact Analysis (AIR, in the Portuguese acronym) concerning new regulation on hybrid power plants.

The presented AIR deals with different subjects concerning hybrid power generation, such as amendments on the issue of generation grants, issuing of discounts on the TUSD (distribution) and TUST (transmission) fees, provisions on automatic shut off, implementation of Special Protection Systems and modifications to transmission system procurement.
