Company description
CMB-PRIME Administradora General de Fondos SA has as its sole purpose the administration of Investment Funds. Its existence was approved by the Superintendence of Securities and Insurance (SVS) dated October 21, 1993.
In October 1993, the CMB-PRIME Investment Fund was established. In August 2001, the Fund assumed the administration of the Llaima (ex Monitor) and Orion (former American Star) Investment Funds, by the decision of the contributors of those Funds. In August 2002, the Prime-Infrastructure Investment Fund was created, which absorbed the CMB-PRIME fund in January 2006.
