ForVEI is a joint venture between Foresight Group LLP and VEI Green which specialises in acquiring renewable energy infrastructure assets in Europe. In January 2018, ForVEI completed the sale of a 90MW portfolio of 30 solar plants to ERG Power Generation S.p.A.. ForVEI continues to consider investment opportunities in the Italian renewables sector, and a second vintage ForVEI 2 is expected to be announced before end H1 2018.ForVEI S.r.l. was set up by VEI Green and Foresight Group to aggregate assets in the solar photovoltaic sector in Italy.
