GLIL Infrastructure is a UK-based pension fund infrastructure pool registered on 21 Apr 2015 in London. GLIL Infrastructure is an investment partnership that focuses on infrastructure projects. It was established as a joint venture between a group of UK Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) funds. The primary purpose of GLIL Infrastructure is to pool the investment resources of the participating Local Government Pension Scheme funds to invest in infrastructure projects. The partnership includes several UK Local Government Pension Scheme funds, and the collaboration allows them to collectively invest in a diversified portfolio of infrastructure assets. It focuses on a broad range of infrastructure investments, including but not limited to, transportation, utilities, energy, and social infrastructure. GLIL Infrastructure typically targets long-term, stable investments that can provide predictable and sustainable returns over time.
