Company description

InfraRed is a leading investment manager focused on generating attractive risk-adjusted, inflation-linked returns in real estate and infrastructure. The business started in 1990 as part of Charterhouse Bank, investing in real estate, expanding in 1997 to encompass infrastructure investments. Following the completion of InfraRed’s spin-out in April 2011, the business is now owned by its management team with HSBC retaining a passive minority shareholding.

InfraRed has launched 15 funds including two listed funds HICL Infrastructure Company Limited and The Renewables Infrastructure Group.
