Interserve Plc is a support services and construction company. The Company offers advice, design, construction, equipment and facilities management services for society's infrastructure. Its operational segments include Support Services, Construction and Equipment Services. Support Services provides a range of outsourced services to public and private sector clients, primarily in the United Kingdom. Support Services and Construction are each subdivided into UK and International businesses.

Its Construction segment offers design and construction services in the creation of a broad range of buildings and infrastructure. The Equipment Services designs bespoke engineering solutions and provides temporary structural equipment (formwork and falsework) for complex infrastructure and building projects. It also has Group Services which consists of the Board and a range of central services and its investment activities.
