Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated or JLL is an American professional services and investment management company specializing in real estate. It was formed in 1999 through the merger of Jones Lang Wootton (JLW) & Sons, a British firm founded in 1939, and LaSalle Partners, a American real estate service firm that established headquarters in Chicago in 1968. This merger is the largest international real estate industry merger to date. JLL was announced as the company brand name in 2014.

JLL is a US Fortune 500 company. It's global headquarters are located in Chicago, along with nearly 300 corporate offices and a workforce of nearly 80,000 people worldwide. It currently operates in over 80 countries. In 2016, JLL reported revenue of $6.8 billion, and management, on behalf of clients, of 4.4 billion square feet, or 409 million square meters. It also completed sales acquisitions and finance transactions of approximately $145 billion. As of June 2017, LaSalle Investment Management had $59.0 billion of real estate under asset management.
