Shareholders are the Swiss energy companies Axpo (25.0%), SN Energie (22.0%), ewl energie wasser luzern (ewl; 15.0%), Azienda Elettrica Ticinese (AET; 15.0%), Elektrizitätswerke des Kantons Zürich (EKZ; 13.0%) and Elektrizitätswerk des Kantons Schaffhausen AG (EKS; 10.0%). Terravent headquarters is in Dietikon/Zurich (Switzerland).
