Company description
Ventotec GmbH was founded in 1998. Started as a classic project developer, the company got its start successfully completing closed-end fund wind energy projects in Germany.
Ventotec also handles the project financing within its company alliance. Large portfolios have been created and structured, just another one of the ways that Ventotec opens up new pathways to innovation. In 2007 for instance, a portfolio of nearly €250 million was successfully financed via securitization on the capital market.
You’ll find Ventotec’s headquarters in the city of Leer, Germany, in the state of Lower Saxony. 40 employees work there in project development, construction management, financing, and management accounting. Mr. Helmer Stecker and Ralf Heinen are the company’s executive directors.
