Xinjiang Goldwind Science & Technology Co., Ltd. is engaged in the research and development, design, manufacture, and sale of wind turbine. Its activities include manufacture and sale of wind power components, development and operation of wind farms, and provision of wind power related consultancy. The company was founded on February 17, 1998 and is headquartered in Urumqi, China.
With offices and facilities throughout Asia, Europe and the Americas, Goldwind employs over 6,000 staff and combined, has an installed capacity base of 38 GW across six continents. In Q3 2017 it reported revenues of CNY7 billion. Its annual revenue for 2016 was HK$30.6 billion.
