Greentech Energy Systems sells four wind projects in Poland

Greentech Energy Systems A/S and EDF Energies Nouvelles, through its subsidiary EDF EN POLSKA SP. Z.O.O. has entered into an agreement for the sale of 4 Polish wind farm projects amounting to a total of 120 MW (Parnowo, Ustka, Puck and Smolęcin).

After the satisfaction of some conditions precedent, EDF EN POLSKA will own 100% of the project companies and take over all further development activities and related expenses. The acquisition is expected to be completed within the first semester of 2016.
