PNE Wind Group has commisioned the 9.6 MW wind farm project Kemberg III in the administrative district of Wittenberg in Saxony-Anhalt, Germany.
The 9.6 MW wind farm project Kemberg III is located near the city of Kemberg in the administrative district of Wittenberg in Saxony-Anhalt and consists of four Nordex N117 wind turbines with an effective output of 2.4 MW each and a hub height of 141 meters.
PNE Wind AG is in the process of concluding one of its most successful years in the German wind market and starting strong in the coming year with the "Chransdorf" wind farm (Brandenburg) currently being under constructed. PNE Wind Chief Operating Officer Markus Lesser commented:
"This project represents PNE Wind's largest individual project to date and the 24 wind energy systems with a total nominal output of 57.6 MW are scheduled to be commissioned in 2015"
Martin Billhardt, Chairman of the Board of Directors (CEO) of PNE Wind AG, stated:
"Operationally, PNE Wind is on a very good path. The realisation of wind farms in Germany is progressing extremely well. We are also expecting additional positive reports concerning our foreign projects in the near future."
PNE Wind Group has constructed and commissioned 11 wind farms in Germany and France with a total nominal output of approx. 116 MW.
In mid August we reported that PNE Wind AG had sold the two wind farms Sontra and Kemberg III, which were under construction in Germany, to a Luxemburg special fund administered by the CHORUS Group. The wind farm has now been handed over to the buyer.
