Sky Solar Holdings, Ltd. has announced the completion on July 15th of the acquisition of a combined 22 MW of solar parks from Greenleaf-TNX and SunPeak Universal Holdings, Inc.
Pursuant to the agreement with the Selling Group announced on May 9, 2016, Sky Capital America Inc., Sky Solar’s wholly-owned U.S. subsidiary, acquired 22 operating solar facilities in California and 1 operating solar facility in Massachusetts (USA) for a combined 22 MW from Greenleaf and SunPeak.

Going forward, we will continue to actively seek opportunities to further strengthen our position in the U.S. market.”
