  • What is IPP Journal and why should I join?
    IPP Journal is the leading online knowledge platform with a special focus on public-private partnerships.   • How do I join IPP Journal?
    You can do it from the ''Contact us'' section selecting ''Products and services''. There, you can choose your package depending on what you are looking for. We have standard subscriptions, which gives access to IPP Journal for 1 month or 1 year, premium subscription, which gives access to IPP Journal for 1 year, and soon we will have “Project Factsheet”, that will give you specific information related to a specific project on demand.
  • How can I add my coupon?
    If you have a valid coupon, it can be added in the ''Do you have a coupon?'' box before selecting ''Check out''.
  • How do I reset my password?
    If you remember your password and want to change it, you can do it from the ''Security'' section in your user panel. If you do not remember your password, you can reset it here. You will receive a message with instructions.
  • How can I add and manage my team members?
    You can add and manage team members in the User Management section of your user panel.
  • How can I set an alert for a project database?
    Go to the database you are interested in, select the preferred filter options, for example, country, sector, current stage, etc, and apply the filters. After that, just click on the appeared “Set alert” button, and the alert will be created. Alternatively, you can also choose the preferred alert option through your profile- select "Your Alerts" and look for ‘’ Notifications’’ in your user panel. Selected alerts will arrive in your email inbox. If you can't find them, please check your spam folder.
  • How can I check what type of membership I have?
    Click on your user account and select "Your panel" where you can find the "Billing" section. There you can get all the information about your current subscription and payments, as well as manage your billing addresses. You can also access it from here.
  • How can I check the activity of my account?
    You can check your account activity in the Security section of your user panel.
  • How do I update my credit card information?
    You can manage it through the ‘’Payment methods’’ section in your user panel. You can remove and add payment methods as long as you select one of them as ''Default'', which will be automatically charged for the next subscription period. Contact us at membership@infrapppworld.com if you have any problems.
  • Are invoices available to download?
    Yes, you can download generated invoices in the Payment History section of your user panel.
  • What kind of online courses do you offer?
    We provide specialized, high-quality and cost-effective e-learning solutions for teams within banks, law firms, fund managers, project sponsors and advisers. The proposed online courses include topics such as project finance, finance models and wind farm development and financing, and cover different levels of expertise.
